Technical support Engineer

Job Description

  • Assists Project manager through the project development process ( study / installation / maintenance)
  • Gains customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reduction and operations improvement as a result of the product‘s technical features and performance
  • Handles project cost negotiations
  • Provides technical and commercial assistance
  • Supervises lighting installations and maintenance activities
  • Attends trade shows / global conferences in order to support the company’s marketing activities

Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic or Mechanical Engineering / Physics

  • One (1) – two (2) years experience with project based sales in the construction or the lighting industry or in energy related sectors
  • Technical aptitude and fundamental understanding of lighting technology
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (knowledge of Italian will considered as a plus)
  • PC literate
  • Knowledge of lighting design software (eg. Dialux) or ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Results driven customer oriented person
